How much is TOO much?

We’re all excited to be back with students and to try out some of the new techniques we learned at professional development during our break.  But how do you know when it’s all just TOO much? But that leads to the next question;

How Much Is Too Much?

One of the biggest topics of conversation at our summer online Arts Integration and STEAM Conference was among art teachers who were looking to incorporate Project-Based Learning, STEAM and TAB (Teaching for Artistic Behavior) as a single curricular model.  And while there is definitely some connective threads that can be integrated together with each of these approaches, it left many of us wondering: is there a stopping point?

In today’s EdCloset On-Demand episode, I’m diving into this topic and discussing the pros and cons to pulling together multiple curricular approaches in your classroom.  And, I’m going to share my top suggestions for when and how to bring them together with integrity.
