How is the Program Structured?
The program is split into (4) 6-8 week sprints and you’ll complete everything within 1 year. Think of each sprint like a grad class. Inside each sprint, you’ll get access to a series of bite-sized video lessons, resources, and the overall sprint project assignment. Each enrollee is part of a team of 15-17 other participants, and is assigned a dedicated coach for the program. This support network will help you during the year and be there to cheer you on even after the program is over.
What do you Learn in Certification?
You’ll be discovering proven arts strategies to use both in and out of the classroom, along with creating arts integrated lessons, assessments, and PD that you can use in your classroom, school, or district. You’ll also be able to develop a portfolio that showcases your skills as an arts integration specialist. This portfolio has been used by many of our alumni as a way to create or apply for a new position, in and out of their school.
Plus, you’ll learn how to position yourself as a leader, and even how to become a sought-after arts integration consultant. With over 300 alumni, we have so many stories of success – and want you to experience this, too!
Accreditation, PD Hours and Graduate Credit
This program is fully accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (
Additionally, all participants have the option of registering for 6 graduate credits through our partner, University of California San Marcos.
