Create a STEAM lesson in 6 minutes
We all feel it. The craziness of the season has officially taken over our classrooms and schools. No one is immune! Between the seasonal performances and presentations, the elf-on-a-shelf giddiness from our students and our own holiday shopping, our time is at a premium. Who has the minutes to plan a new and integrated STEAM lesson?
Today, I’m going to show you how to create a full 45-minute STEAM lesson in just 6 minutes using Buncee. This is a fantastic designing and presentation tool anyone can use. They even have a dedicated area for educators. Here, you can upload your classes and students, create interactive assignments, or share presentations. You can use this for flipped lessons, individual centers, or as a whole-class. Plus, it’s so easy to use that students each have their own account, and use it to create their own presentations.
In the video below, I’m sharing with you the steps I used to create THIS interactive STEAM lesson on the art and science of snow. Feel free to create your own, with different art prints, music, interactive modules or science collections in just 6 minutes using the steps I share below. Or, you can just use the original template that I created. Either way, you’ll have a fantastic new STEAM lesson that takes minimal time to plan.
PS – Buncee is a sponsor of our winter online STEAM conference and this is a preview of the kinds of make-and-take sessions we’ll be offering. If you haven’t signed up yet, we’d love to have you join us!
