I acknowledge that the price for each person being registered is $499 through November 6, 2025. I further acknowledge that should we register 5 or more people on this form, we will receive a 15% discount on each registration. Finally, I acknowledge that registrations are non-refundable but are transferable based on the event terms and conditions.
